| It went a little more something like this... I told you that you weren't listening to a damn thing anyone was telling you so we needed to come up with a plan on how to keep you on track and not wasting our days by doing nothing at all or doing something that was completely irrelevant to the situation. You followed that idea for all of three days then went back to doing absolutely nothing productive day in and day out which eventually lead me to telling you I was done. "You had your own agenda on what you wanted to do, IST being a big part of that which was actually a business plan you were originally manifesting completely behind my back with Tony and Adam - something I caught wind of at some point and I still question what the true motives were behind all of that." You were completely part of the conversation which is what eventually lead to us figuring out that the prices that were trying to give us parts for was higher than what you were selling to Greg and we were supposed to be the ones paying for all the production runs. We would have been bankrupt in a year due to the fact that we had to take on a higher overhead by renting the building directly next to you to make sure that you weren't blowing our money like you blow everyone else's (biggest emphasis on what you were doing with the large amounts that Greg was giving you because Coz wasn't in the picture at the time). The only thing you weren't part of was our decision to try and make your company seem like an employee of ours without taking the name ASH-SPEC from you because your ego wouldn't allow it to be any other way Mr. Business Owner. Essentially: You do R&D, we handled the money. Your threats of legal action have absolutely zero ground to stand on as per our text message conversation you're trying to scare me with of which I will gladly post screen shots of if you like. Borrow the money from your dad, your sister, your aunt, make it yourself... I don't care how you get it but you sir have zero options so I suggest you stop fighting the inevitable and learn to keep your word for one time in your life.
